Get ready for a life-changing experience with our signature 3D2N Orangutan Houseboat Adventure. Designed for true nature lovers and wildlife photographers, this journey takes you deep into the heart of Tanjung Puting National Park, the legendary sanctuary of the orangutans.
Sail along the calm waters of the Sekonyer River aboard our traditional klotok (houseboat), and spend two nights surrounded by the sounds of the rainforest. Meet orangutans in their natural habitat, observe proboscis monkeys leaping between trees, and experience the raw beauty of Borneo from sunrise to sunset.

Itinerary Overview
Day 1 – Arrival & Tanjung Harapan Exploration
Pangkalan Bun – Kumai – Tanjung Harapan – Houseboat

• Upon your arrival at Iskandar Airport, our friendly guide will greet you and transfer you to Kumai Port.
• Begin your river cruise into Tanjung Puting as we sail toward Tanjung Harapan Camp.
• A short jungle trek (approx. 20 mins) takes you to the orangutan feeding area (feeding time starts at 3:00 PM).
• After witnessing these majestic creatures up close, we continue the cruise upriver.
• Dinner and overnight stay aboard our comfortable klotok, surrounded by jungle sounds.

Day 2 – Wildlife Encounters at Pondok Tanggui & Camp Leakey

• Early breakfast on board as we head to Pondok Tanggui, where orangutan feeding starts at 9:00 AM.
• Then we journey to the iconic Camp Leakey, a legendary site for orangutan research and rehabilitation.
• Enjoy lunch on the boat before trekking to the camp and visiting the Orangutan Information Center.
• Observe more orangutans during the 2:00 PM feeding session.
• Cruise back downstream, relax and have dinner on board.
• Overnight on the houseboat under the starlit canopy of the rainforest.

Day 3 – Local Village Visit & Departure
Sekonyer Village – Kumai – Airport Transfer

• After breakfast, we’ll visit Sekonyer Village to experience the local way of life (optional, depending on flight schedule).
• Return to Kumai and transfer to the airport or your hotel.
• Tour ends with lasting memories of Borneo’s incredible biodiversity.
